Orders ship within 1-3 business days, and typically take 2-7 business days to arrive via ground shipping depending on location. If you need your gift sooner, please choose one of our expedited shipping options before checkout or contact us directly. Final shipping costs will be displayed when completing your order and will vary depending on the weight of your items.
Return and Exchange
MeaningFull Gift Lab takes great pride in providing our clients with exceptional service and premium quality products. If you would like to cancel your order or you received a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can work with you to resolve any issues.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com we will provide you with label information to return your item to us, within 7 business days to the below address.
